TEASE!haha, sorry its not done just yet but i had to do it.
i wanted to show off an innovation i've stumbled upon. i'm not sure if this has been done or not but i did it now.
i have used pacmani's blur tool [link] to remove the blur. this allows me to have 0pixel frames! this was essential for museo to look proper on 7 ..
also, what do you think about the explorer frame? any suggestions are welcome

Lovely! If possible, maybe try to make the top bar less chunky, to be more minimalist. Can't wait until it's finalized!

Please, do make this available for 64-bit systems - I'm on a 64-bit version of Windows 7 here, and I really do wish to use this theme.
If that's not possible, you should consider passing the theme to someone who can convert the theme to 64-bits.

I think that may no longer be necessary though, since I tried your kenpske theme on my copy of 64-bit Windows 7 and it worked fine.
Maybe it might not work on some specific 64-bit systems, my guess.

that blue button isn't part of the theme. its just remnants of the style i'm modding to make this style

Ok. Now I want it badly, really badly. As suggested, a slightly bigger font would be great for usability.
Second, is it possible to remove that thin white line between address and search bar? I find it on many themes and I find it really annoying :S
