This was made for RavenOrlov 's contest, that can be found HERE .

I was inspired by Dear Theodosia by Leslie Odom Jr. from Hamilton the Musical. This song is so beautiful and soothing, and it fills me with so much hope and love. Aaron Burr sings of his newborn daughter, and his wife, and the nation he hopes to build for them. While I think the song is very soft, it makes me very melancholy at the same time. I went with a red/orange to symbolize the passion and drive Hamilton and Burr have for their nation, to turn a struggling, lacking system into a system deserving of their kids. I was reminded of the drive my mom had when she came over to America as a widow, with three small children and no money or the ability to speak English. Every time I think of this, I get really sad, so I went with a darker mood.

I also tried really hard to use only RavenOrlov's resources. The only thing not from her is are the models, which I got from Child's Play for Tartarus Magazine, my lighting texture, and a few coloring adjustments.
