Description
This is taken from the US magazine the Rolling Stone. It was on the cover of the magazine. When I saw it I had to draw this one! Done on bristol smooth with 2b, 5b, graphite pencils. Keith was a challenge as well as the clothes! But I am please with the way it turned out! I think I must have spent over 40 hrs working on this piece! I'm glad to finally finish it. Thanks, yeah it was bristol smooth! Keith was a challenge with all of his wrinkles! I'd like to do another one with them together.

yeah, they really do
i saw him last year, in concert 
so yeah...it wasent really up close, to put it that way, but i was really close to the stage, so i did see them pretty clear
i remember i found it funny, like a 'thongue in cheek' thing, that keith was wearing a t-shirt and a bandana with sculls and crossbones underneath his hawaian shirt that night...

That's awesome! I'm sure your dad will remember that experience for the rest of his days! Johnny picked the right person to model captain Jack after! The Stones have been around forever, at least it seems like it! They have great music!! Thanks for sharing that with me!!
