done in photoshop cs2 7hrs into 9mins. not really happy with the background but oh well, ill try and concentrate more on those for new oneswatch the speed painting:[link]

totally awesome!! you never see fan artwork of Drizzt in actual battle taking down an enemy and if you do it is very hard to find. at least for me it is. Much appreciated for making this! you did an excellent job even on the background.

really good job!, the only problem I have with it is that in the Forgotten realms series orcs are much more heavy set, and not real human body type, much more bulky and a little hunched over, also the bottom teeth that jut out are supposed to be much larger. I still love the picture though

I just watched your speed painting on youtube and I thought it was amazing. The whole process was so interesting. Was that all free style in Photoshop? Pretty damn good. I notice you changed backgrounds a couple times, too.... haha. The whole pic turned out great, though. Can you maybe do a painting/coloring tutorial?
