And spring is here - finally!
Though now we're having a snowfall, the spirit of freedom and happiness is already felt here!
I decided to create something for my mother, as March, 8 is about to come.

Originally, this design looks like this.
I wanted to follow the colours of the pattern... I did. But then I decided to go for random - as usually!
So my variation contains blue-ish colours, red lipstick and some backstitch (I don't even know why I decided to add it here!).
I hope my mother will like this experiment!

The size of the finished work is about 16*9.5 cm. As usually, I used the threads that had been left after my bigger projects.
This pattern's taken from issue 210 of Cross Stitcher magazine.
It's designed by Emily Peacock.
(And I apologize to her for everything I've done with her awesome pattern! )

P.S. And I also decided to add it as an entry for Celebration Contest here -> ...
...as it's my way to celebrate spring, the 8th of March and the unique nature of my beloved mother (who actually is different )
