The hands are a bit distorted.. *sigh* and also it's messy!! T_T
BTW, the flowers on her hand are bellflowers~ (well, it doesn't look like the original though)

The shape of the face is pretty well drawn as well as her hair.
For the bad points, I think her right hand isn't really natural and maybe too "skecthy". Try to be more precise and your drawings will gain a lot.
One more thing, you should let the "light" part of the eye empty. Otherwise, it'll give her a "false smiling face" because she seems to lack of life. (If her eyelashes point out, she shouldn't have highlights on the top of the eye. In reality, this area reflects the eyelashes, that's why)
Anyway, I'm glad you told me about your new piece. ^^

yeah, i had a hard time drawing the hand. somehow i think it's a bit too long as well. and for the eyes, i'll do some improvement next time!
