I'm pretty sure Terryl Whitlach (who designed Jar Jar Binks) also designed a lot of the Aliens in Men In Black.

Ah.. Jar-jar... Anyway, This painting is a great display of a style I absolutely adore, maintaining the lines while the artist experiments with filling in the rest... I'm pretty sure that has a name though. I digress, point is this is a fantastic piece of art.
