He requested a fanart of Yato from Noragami, so I decided to check out the first few episodes to get a feel for the character...and surprise surprise, I got addicted and ended up marathoning the whole series in one sitting.

I love the expression on his face! Its subtle, but still very intense! I really like your style too! Its always refreshing to see an anime character drawn in a different style, especially a semi-realistic one like yours! There really isnt anything to critique without being nit-picky; everything in the picture looks great! The shading, the expression, the background, the texture: they all come together to make an overall great piece of art!
