~~~ Sorry for anyone who thought that Scald would be Administering the Beatdown on this page... he's really not much of a beater-downer. As you can see, I tried out that simpler, sketchier style on this page... I managed to make this within two days even with school and other things (of course, pages vary in their individual complexity so that mightn't be a constant for ALL pages). I know that some of you said you preferred the older style but I really do think it'll be more practical to continue drawing A.E. like this. ------------------*~STUFF~*---------------------

Well Scorch sure looks to be the fighter in the family doesn't he? Taking down Seethe and Swelter by himself it seems. I guess that stockier build plays no small part in that. With his glowing green eyes here he even looks like he went super saiyan. ---> Super dragon saiyan. Poor Scald is just the verbal and physical punching bag for bullies isn't he?

Scorch is sturdier than either of his brothers so yeah, in terms of delivering melee-clobberings, he's the best.

People won't notice the style as soon as you start posting in a consistentΒ way. Do what works. You can always go back with what you've made but if you burn out trying to hard then there's nothing to go back to.Β

The new style in play looks much nicer than the older one! The rough sketch lines give it more of a human, imperfect look, and I like it.

I think the pages still look lovely, even with sketchier lines! ^v^ There isn't a significant quality drop-- there's still color, shading, backgrounds; if it makes things easier and gets pages out quicker, all for it!

Honestly I can't tell the difference between the sketchy and non sketchy style unless I look really hard and get super pedantic about it. If anything I think it actually adds to the feeling of motion in a lot of the panels.

Im sure he will find how someday with something like his brother to be there for him.Β
