It's already setup as an iconpackage for IconPackager. If you look inside the folder, you will see that the last icon is the executable that loads the package automatically into the IconPackager UI program. All you have to do is make sure that you place the folder containing the icons, inside the IconPackager folder which is usually located in ( Public Documents/Stardock/Iconpackager )
