It was a trilogy at first. So at the end of the third book, the main things are all wrapped up. Now Cassie's writing three more books to the series with a different conflict, I suppose (the fourth book is CoFA). I guess it counts as the same series instead of a spin-off because it will feature pretty much the same main cast of characters.

It gets pretty cold, but I can't really complain--it's not like it gets in the negatives like it does in Wisconsin or something. Or Canada
I'm originally from New York, so I guess I'm used to it.
NC weather is very strange though. It's SO hot in the summer, so you'd think the winters would be milder, but nope. The worst of both seasons

Yes. The weather in Colorado is very nice for the most part. However, we don't get nearly enough rain, and our weather is very bipolar. For instance, it could snow one minute, then the snow would quickly melt and the day would just be cold and gray. Or it could snow, the snow could quickly melt, and it could get really sunny.

I'm from Long Island, and it never got super cold there either. Not as cold as upstate New York, anyway. We definitely got more snow there, though.

That's nice! Well, not the bipolar part or the no-rain part. Bipolar weather is annoying. We have that here, too. It just makes it really hard to know what to wear! Which seems like such a trivial thing, but when one day it's 80 degrees and the next day you're caught in 50 degree weather in shorts and a t-shirt...it does not seem trivial
