From left to right:

Kirt - [link]
He's dangerous, and should not be underestimated. He always carries a knife, he can be cruel, and calculating, but generally he's just bothersome. He's generally grumpy towards the others but tolerates them.

Topaz - [link]
He's bubbly and happy, flirty but not greatly confident. He likes making people smile, but spends mostof his time in the bath, for obvious reasons.

Aether - [link]
He's is ghostlike, he's quiet but not shy, and as dangerous as Kirt. I have yet to build on his character.

Fritz - [link]
He's so flirty and almost constantly horny, he bothers the others with his affections and is constantly trying to talk them into sex. He's a tricksy little thing, but also very snuggly and soft. Oh, and he bites, so watch out.

Acheron - [link]
He's calm and generally happy, though he is tormented by things in his life. He's really nice, and generous and thoughtful, and a great friend to all the others.
