One another work for cosplay.Hat of Ashlotte from Soul Calibur 4.
I've made her weapon too, but it's not so good and I don't like it. ([link] )

This made by my favorite method: foamed PVC + paper scotch tape + putty + epoxy adhesive like a cover + acrylic 3D liner + paint. (I hope all names of materials are translated correctly...)

yoga mat (base), putty (for smoothing), epoxy (like cover layer for luster), paints (including 3D-liner) plus steel wire and ribbon ^^

The only problem is international delivery. I know how to send something in Russia or CIS, but I've never sent it to another countries..
