Oh my... Their expressions are great... Kenpachi looks like he's up to some mischief... or some snuggling.... Unohana looks surprised in a pleasent way
But is he healthy enough to express his full gratitude? Or will he do it anyway so she'll have to patch him up again later
and another detail that I just notice... mostly about Kenpachi in real life... he's not super-muscular or burly as any other 6.7 swordmaster would be in most movies. He's rather lean built, isn't he?

OOF. Their expressions are probably the only thing passable in this picture, since the anatomy is so bad that I'm cringing just looking at it! *wince*
but yeah! I definitely noticed that about Kenpachi too, he isn't SUPER-muscular, but he's all lean muscle. Like...he has a broad chest and wide shoulders, but he's not huge in the sense that he's bristling with muscle, just that he's too big of a character to contain! (probably part of the reason I was drawn to him in the first place XD)

What is wrong with the anatomy, in your eyes? Only thing see that's a little off is that Unohana's left side of the face, mainly the eye area, isn't there... apart from that, I don't really see anything wrong.

hmm, there's a LOT wrong with this pic, but mostly, Unohana's face is a mess. and her arm size/length are too small and slightly misplaced for where she is standing. Kenpachi's torso is just...just a hot mess. honestly. ugh.
