Awesome work- I knew that Kylo was going to be badass when he stopped laser fire in mid-air.

Because it's incredible he did something never seen before in the entire Star Wars history!

Yeah! Dude's got so much power and I'm so pumped for future films to see what happens to him.

Everyone who thinks Kylo Ren is a weakling or sucks at combat needs to take a look at this and think about the implications of Kylo being able to do this.  WELL done.

Right?

I'll be honest. I love the trope of him being a whiny emo-kid. I love all the tropes. I love Kylo.
But at the same time I'm like, guys. He suspended a friggin laser beam. He's strong af, c'mon now.

Thanks!

I can enjoy them too as long as they're not just mean. But yeah, I think there has to be more to him. People forget he's thirty. And I think he has to have *something* to maintain his position all this time besides just raw Force, even if he has issues.

I actually had him in my story reveal some of his thought processes that go into his Force powers and combat abilities, and he absolutely blew all of the "stupid kid" tropes about him out of the water, because I let him teach with the level of experience that you'd expect from a thirty year old, not a teenager.

Your attitude of respect for the character shows in the pose and expression you gave him. This isn't parody. This is power, and that's why I like it. You aren't afraid to take him seriously "even" with the mask off.
