This is QUEEN FANTOMARA, a character that I based on the old jungle heroine known as Fantomah. I originally did a similar design back in 2011 for the ill fated :"Wonder World" universe I was attempting to create at the time, but honestly it was a little too creepy back then so I toned it down. Hope you like her...even if she is kinda creepy looking!!!
