Description A glowing eye tutorial done in Adobe Photoshop CS4. Nothing that is done in this tutorial requires that version by any means. Nearly any version commercially available will do!

I received countless private messages about how to do the glow effect I often bank on. So I put a tutorial together in 10 minutes doing a "meh" job explaining it. I'm sure there are typos and it's butt friggin' ugly, but as I said before... Meh. ><

This process is incredibly easy! Enjoy!
