Aside from fire (his best element)~ Arrio can control the other elements too! all he needs to do is speak the magic words in Spanish!....That being said....That book he's holding is not a spell book...it's a Spanish dictionary.....don't worry he'll learn...

I found a website I thought you could use. It is a massive Guide on mythical creatures from around the world in many many many legends and myths. Anything from Dragons and Fae/Fairies to Orcs and Witches.

What if he had a Spanish enemy who could make real supercell tornadoes and was named TORMENTA! (meaning storm)? But in English sounds like tormentor b/c she (b/c word is feminine) has something against them.
In Spanish, it's:
la tormenta- storm, thunderstorm, gale
la tempestad- storm, tempest, squall
el asalto- assault, round, attack, storm, raid, storming
la borrasca- storm
el vendaval- gale, storm
bramar- roar, bellow, howl, rage, bell, storm
rabiar- rage, fume, itch, storm

What if she acts like a hive-body? She is herself, but she houses also the spirits of dark elemental energy beings? That way she's a team villain & also a solo-villain.
