what program do you use and is it free?
also, do you know how to combat..... Shaky hands?(dun dun duuuuun....duh dun)

I use PhotoshopCS6 and is definitely not free XD sadly....
Shaky hands? I'm not sure...I never had a shaky hand problem....I guess you can always layer your drawing until your sketches get more refined.
I just keep adding layers and trace until I feel the lineart is neat enough for me.
