I finished Assassin's Creed: Revelations a couple of days ago and watched Assassin's Creed: Embers soon after that after my friend had suggested it. Old Ezio was, and is, very touching since we've seen him growing up and maturing, and his bromance with Leonardo is just beautiful.

In Assassin's Creed Wiki I read about Leonardo's death, which had occurred before Embers. After watching the movie I couldn't help but sketch these two meeting each other one last time. Leonardo had been supporting Ezio since the assassin was 17 years old and their friendship lasted for decades, until Leonardo died with Ezio and Machiavelli by his side.

Ezio is wearing the same outfit as in Embers. Leonardo on the other hand never seems to change his clothes.
