I have not read the newest chapters GRRM might have read at Cons, but I always did feel sorry for Falia. She had no idea what a 'monster' she was getting in bed with. I absolutely love characters in novels like Euron, but I am not blind to the person they are. So yeah.... I wouldn't wish that man on any woman. Lol.

Thanks so much for the transcript! I have finally managed to find the time read it, and wow. As I said, in real life, I would never wish Euron upon any living being, be it human or animal, but in the book, I couldn't care less about his cruelties. I am always able to make a huge difference between what's real and what's fantasy. I am saying this, so you should know that what I say here, is only referring to fantasy, and I approve of none of these things in RL.

That said, Euron is coooool!!! Yaaaay! I am so happy to see that he IS getting a bigger role. I was delighted that he did indeed go to Valyria, and there's proof of that now.
I never much liked Aeron (don't like religious fanatics in RL or fantasy), and so, I wasn't touched at all about what happened to him under Euron's gentle care. But at least the speculation about what Euron did to him and Urri in their childhood is finally confirmed, not only by Euron himself, but also by the Red Oarsman. The "You know what it’s like to be caught in the rear, don’t you?" comment he made towards Aeron was below the belt though. I did feel sorry for Aeron then, the first time, and probably last time I ever did in the series.

All in all, I loved the chapter, and I thank you very much for sending it to me. I am especially inspired by a scene towards the end, when Euron is wearing the Valyrian armor, and I really hope I will have the time to draw it at some point in the coming weeks/months.

OH YEAAAH! When they first excluded Euron from the show I was SO disappointed. I abandoned watching the series, because honestly I am most interested in what happens to him. But now I am looking forward to see him on screen.

Lol. Actually, Cesare Borgia looks like Euron without an eyepatch and not the other way around for Euron came first. I paint this piece of Euron (let alone other paintings of Euron) a good year and half before Assassin's Creed Brotherhood was released, or the Borgia's TV series came to be.
