Ooh, I love it! I'd like to visit there. Rivet City was one of my favorite places in Fallout 3.
I think the Banjo Kazooie theme for Rusty Bucket Bay would be a nice theme for Rustbucket City.

Well, she's not a typical Zebra, she's a pony who was turned into a Terminator style Cyborg and made to look like a Zebra, the wings came after she got an upgrade.
