This is a very lovely piece of work that has certainly shown some amazing level of talent and skill. You've expressed a design that is quite energetic through the exploration of colour and demonstration of anatomy with the character. What perhaps allows this piece to become so striking is the presentation of anatomy with the way she swerve her hips and gracefully spreads her arms and legs in a manner that gives it the idea that she floating. It also adds to the atmosphere of the colour presented by the heavy use of blues. Together, they give the feel of mystery and questionable thought on the characters traits and personality, fitting in with the idea of story telling as well.
Overall this piece has certainly shown some talent and that with a little more time and patience this could go much further.
