This is supposed to be mimicking the manga a bit as if it were taken right out of the page and colorized. Here it is more obvious that she is based on Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail given I used a direct image for the lineart. Also her heterochromia (that is, differently colored eyes) is on display too, a quirk that is not noted in her original post. Her right eye is scarlet red, something she has taken to covering with her hair because she was made fun of or avoided as a child because of.

(I reiterate that Blood Rose Dragon is called "Ruddy Rose Dragon" in the TCG but sounds far less intimidating.)
