Description
This is a convention sketch I did for Carrie Fisher, back in November 2006 in NYC. We were seated next to each other, and every time she had to leave her table she had to bump behind my chair, apologizing. We ended up having fun, so I did this sketch for her. I was at C2E2 on Saturday, and saw you hard at work. Always admired what you can do in art (I can never render so lifelike).
I also rather despise the people who ask for sketches/autographs and then try to profit off them. I read that on J Scott Campbell's page. He had a piece that he really liked...only to see it end up on eBay several days later. I've obtained sketches from Campbell and Jim Lee, and have no intentions on letting those go.
Carrie Fisher was at C2E2 on Sat as well...but I decided to pass. Didn't want to become another tongue-wagging fanboy.

I sometimes forget that not everybody that comes to my DA gallery knows beforehand who I am, or what I do.
I'm an artist that has worked in American comics for 20+ years, as well as doing work for Lucasfilm, Warner Bros., and Joss Whedon, among others.
All the art in my gallery are either assignments or commissions, not fanart.
