Description A simple scene of my new Imperial Carrier, alongside a walker which I made some time ago.
The scene shows finished unloading of Empire's cargo on the outpost somewhere near Mos Eisley. The site is empty, with walker checking the area and pilots preparing to leave.

Awesome stuff mate, I know its abit late to ask. But when you Started learning 3D animation/rendering did you ever find yourself using Digital Tutors?Β

Thanks I didn't use a lot of tutorials, since they're rather limited in what they teach you (how to model a particular car, the Enterprise or furniture), so they were useful for basics, but later on it's all self-thought.

You're ability to take 3d renders and make them look soft and color saturated like an artistic film photograph is impressive. Something I wish I could do better with my photoshop manips...nice scene.

Thanks This render is actually a bit on the average side - it was just days before I started using 3ds max's render layers (which seperate gloss, reflections, shadows, textures and all that stuff into images that can be adjusted manually).

Yeah, in this one it was only a bit of color correction and glow/flare overlay.

Adam,do you think you could make an orthos view of this great vessel.
Maybe with the Republic emblem as well?
This vessel would make a great Clone Army rapid response lander for my Regiment.

this really feels like a scene from an actual SW episode. If I were a smuggler pirate or fringer of some sort I would definately like to have that transport in my arsenal. It is well armored, has heavy duty double laser cannon turrets (too small to be turbolasers but hey, who can complain?right?), and hefty cargo space. A little upgrade on engines and it becomes a smuggler's dream come true. And despite the common lack of aestetics in cargo hauler's designs it is a beauty to look at. Well done indeed!

Actually the AT-AR resembles mine I modled it after the concept that was made for Empire Strikes Back. It's basically the same thing.
