Not sure if anyone can tell since Octavia, but I’ve made a few pattern adjustment for better show accuracy. Admittedly fairly minor adjustments, but I still have a few more to make. ^^
As always, criticism and feedback welcome.

I've been watching your tutorials and i'm really confused.
The pattern you use in your videos uses a front and back-head gusset, but when i look at these images, i don't see it. It looks like you just sewed the two sides of the head together straight down the middle....?
I'm new to sewing so i don't know if it's just me....

That's because my main pattern is different than my tutorial pattern. However, my main pattern will now be including a front gusset:

do you brush the fabric to make the fibers lay in a more natural look? The nose looks like you did.

Well, mostly I just brush them into default position, but based on how my hand glides across the snout, that's probably how they ended up.

The life-size pony is quite nice, but she is a handful to position and move around. She doesn't way too much, but she's quite top heavy. It's quite the task to make the head look straight. It's almost always tilted all the way back or all the way forward in her forehooves.

WHy not use pvc bones? I have to look around but I am sure there is an artist I watch on da that does that.

I've thought about that for really large quadruped ponies, but that takes away form the squishiness.

well the bones are wrapped with cloth but the whole thing is still stuffed. I like that you know as long as you are not like hugging them really really hard you can still hug them and not feel the bones. The main body of them are not boned so that is soft and you could lay on them.
The reason I even suggested you try bones is because I saw your electronic art and it gave me the idea that you might be good with the pvc bones as you have a engendering background.
I like to have my ponies big but also be able to stand and be posed. XD

Hmm, I suppose that's one way to do it. 
Well, if the time ever comes that someone wants one that stands up, quadruped or biped, I'd definitely look into it. Although, I might actually do it at least for the legs and body because I'd need her to stand somewhere when I change the sheets!
Now that I'm fairly happy with where my bipeds are apart from some tweaks, I'll eventually get around to playing with full armatures.
