I like the Alphonse Mucha-style you've captured in this picture. With all the clean shapes and the superb foldings of the dress it's a very nice edge to the picture that she has that sort of short hair. Also I love the ornaments in the back circle - wondering how you'd make the ensemble look if you coloured it?

Thank you again, you're quite elaborate with your compliments miss. It is much appreciated. I have a tendency to color my graphite work in photoshop, but I never thought of this piece in color through the whole of the creation process...so I may leave it as is. I suppose looking at it now though I wouldn't mind seeing golds and lavenders in the color scheme...otherwise I'm not sure.

(: Well, I like to think of myself as a person who gives credit where credit is due.
- I would not in my right mind ever say that the piece wouldn't work as black and white as well. Your way of sketching is really smooth and because it's traditional, gives it a lot more value perhaps, in a sense - or in my opinion. When I'm thinking all the art nouveau that this piece reminds me of, I instantly thought also of the colour splendor. If you ever do decide to colour it, I would love to see the result (: No matter what, it is still already a quite astonishing piece of work.
