I drew this as a friend's Christmas card back in highschool - she was a Marilyn Monroe fan (I, on the other hand, need google to make sure I'm spelling her name right
).Drawn on paper (from some very specific source art, props to those of you who can recognise it), inked with my standard felt-tips and coloured with some random texta (the black stars are actually cut out of black craft paper... god that killed me). You can see it in the scan, but there was also some glitter involved on her hat (I think).

I like it. Go the contrast between the black and white. I like how you have so nicly doen enough detail to show that her shockings are shiny without doing too much and cluttering the image.
