Description
So, a while back I had a shot at re-designing Bart's Impulse uniform, becuase the first one was so damn dorky. About a week after that I did a good copy, but didn't post it because I wasn't sure if I liked it.

I still think it looks cool - I wanted it to mirror Barry Allen's new uniform in the 'Dark Knight' run by Miller, and XS's too - but I'm not sure about the practicality of all the skin shown :/

Done with pens, before it occured to me I could do it quicker and more neatly using Photoshop vectors.
