Niiice, very nice!
But, looking at his arms, it seems like the tshirt sleeves are bodypainted O__o And the texture you made for the tshirt doesn't quite seem like cloth, but some kind of skin, double-forcing the idea that the tshirt is actually bodypaint xD
I love his head; his expression, the teeth look really good (maybe too perfect though, in terms of alignment hehe), only his eyebrows don't look like hairs at all, and his hair could use a little more love from you :c
I take it that this is a mix of 3D with overpainting, but I feel like it could have been a better integration of the two, not making it too visible; I feel like the painted part of the piece was too rushed (example: compare the detail on his face with the shoulder straps)

Other than this, I enjoyed this piece very much; it has a lot of strength color wise and his face looks spot on with The Punisher!
Hope you don't mind my observations, but instead interpret them as a humble opinion of someone who would love to see this piece pushed to its full potential
