Nop, though we have one. We leave it all the time open so the budgies can fly wherever they want (and it's always near from our house). They come back to eat, relax... and then they fly away again. But they always come back >w<.

Wow they must be really trained budgies then, if it was my budgies they would fly away and never come back! I lost one budgie once and i only had her for a couple of months!

They aren't trained at all! That's why I'm so surprised 
Aw, I lost one last year ΓΊ.u. Sora was the funniest budgie ever! He used to fall down from anywhere one time per day as minimum! xDD
