Description
"Col. Packard has lost his mind. He's still unwilling to accept that everything he ever did in Vietnam was for nothing. By this point, he's simply projecting his anger and disappointment onto Kong himself, and he's determined to kill him. I don't know how to tell him the truth: better men than him have gone up against Kong in the past, and yet he's still here. Packard plans to kill Kong by filling a nearby lake with gasoline and napalm, luring Kong into the lake with a series of controlled explosions, and then igniting the whole mess when Kong's in the middle. If he somehow survives that, he plans on detonating a number of charges all around the immense ape.
Oh, dear, here he comes.
Update: Well, now I know why nobody ever heard from Red, the mutinous crew, and the Wanderer again after 1933. A gigantic Skullcrawler (most likely the "Big One" Marlow spoke of) rose out from beneath the lake after the fire died down. Those claws are just about the right size to fit in the massive gouges in that long-stranded vessel's hull. Packard is dead. Kong is standing up against the big one, but he's completely exhausted, and - oh, dear, it's coming for us now.
Update: The big one is dead. Between Weaver shooting it in the eye with a flare gun, Brooks using a heavy chain gun to distract it, and Kong ripping its throat out with a ship's propeller, it finally collapsed. Weaver just fell into the river after the fight knocked her off a high bluff, but Kong is reaching in after her. He - IT'S STILL ALIVE IT'S STILL MOVING AND
Update: Well, Kong just ended the fight, tearing the thing's innards out through his mouth. I'll need to collect a small sample for tests, but the worst danger on the island is gone. I don't know if Kong will remain here with the beast gone, but it seems a safe assumption. I have been sworn to silence by MONARCH regarding this entire escapade."
Reality check: this is Ramarak the Skullcrawler from "Kong: Skull Island". I do not own the rights, etc, etc...
