Cartier is a rather perceptive lass, with a keen eye for detail and a penchant for planning excellent reconaissance missions. Very good at her job, she's not afraid to remind you of some of the work she's done and the example she's set if you're within her juristdiction. Though she's seen much in her time and is a bit jaded, she does mean well -- even if her assertive nature can put some ill at ease and make her a little offstandish. She doesn't really mean to be, but she has much to focus on in her job and trivial questions are not conducive of a productive day. She'd rather you cut to the point so she can focus on what she needs to know and carry on from there. And if you so happen to dare ask any stupid personal questions.... she draws back from you immediately, private in a way that makes her seem untouchable.

Unfortunately, nobody knows anything of Cartier's past. The only thing that anyone knows is she's been in the Special Forces a long, long time. Soon after the Peacekeepers were formed, even. She also never states where her powers came from, or whether she has a chip. Best you'll get is a 'get back to work.' Worst you get for bothering to ask is washroom duty.
