This work is truley breathtaking. I find myself not being able to take my eyes off of it. The detail and use of color is stunning. The theme and originality is also it's strong point. I not only find myself studying the subject but the detail in the mirror and wallpaper as well. You have captured the mood well with the use of softer lighting tones. One of the best portraits I have yet seen on Deviant Art. Great job! This one is definitely going to be one of my favorites. I will be looking forward for more of your artwork. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Model: Beautiful, but something about her seems photoshoped. (I think it's the reflected lighting against her hip making it look a little too sharp.) Also, her expression is a little too generic.
Lighting: Wonderful. Very warm and gives the feeling of a fairy tale.
Colors: I love how everything has a golden tone to it from the models skin and hair, to the wall paper and the mirror. It makes the piece seem vibrant and rich.
Format: I love how you can't "see" her face, but only the reflection of her face. A subject posed like this gives the piece more of a Renaissance feel with a dash of Rococo flare (as well as the simple yet extravagant decor of the mirror and wall paper.)
Improvement:
1. Model's expression... (not your fault.)
2. If you do photo touch-ups, I suggest a faint shimmer, like that of light reflected off of glass pieces or a metallic flake. I think it would add to the "fairy tale" effect.
3. Keep up the good work! From the set up to the colors, the pose and lighting, it's a well thought out piece. I hope to see more soon.

What can I say about this picture that isn't already obvious? The angle of the picture is great, and the mirror shot is a nice touch that adds a lot of atmosphere. I also love how well it shows a nude body, but with modesty and poise. This photo really shows how well done nude art can be, especially when some people create nude art for the sake of a woman being naked. This, on the other hand, shows that nude photography is more than just showing a woman's chest and ass; it's about the true character of the art, what the nudity represents. To me, the model in this picture represented what we see as an imperfection, things we only think or express when you're alone in your room, staring into the mirror on your wall, pondering yourself, your attitudes, your entire being. Her face, her true modesty of covering subtly her own body shows that she isn't just looking to a mirror or, in turn, her physical self, she's attempting to see what is truly within her, without the distraction of her outside.

I like this version too, it's classy & has the same colour/light/shade effect, she's beautiful but looks unsure of herself, which to me gives it a deeper meaning, or feelings of sef worth etc, maybe she's unsure who she realy is or if she's good enough for someone, unless it's just me looking too deeply into things :$ it depends on what meaning you originally had for the pic. Sexy & confident, or sexy but deep.
