Updated JUNE 2021 to work fine with Windows 10.It works fine too with Windows 7 and 8
For unknown to me reasons, this work of mine is the most popular skin/theme ever in skinning community with more than 1 million downloads!
So I owe an update to all those who make it so popular, almost 15 years after the first release. (The first version of this skin was made in 2006!)
The wallpapers are included in the zip file.

Your theme still works with Vista and XP even if you updated it? I know these OS are unsupported but just asking

I added new graphics and properties, I didn't remove anything, so logically is still Windows XP, 7 etc. compatible

Tried in Vista and everything looks great but it have one problem with Start button. And it's 2019, so keep it going with your WB skins!

So I upgraded my Windows Vista to Windows 7 so I will upgrade to Windows 10.
