.This Weather Utility has been UPDATED to Version 4 - ( NOVEMBER 2020 ), thanks to the script source by xxenium and works again!
A well working Weather utility for 2020!
All the graphics, the script variations and the weather icons were created by adni18.
Credits: Many thanks to xxenium and HipHopium for the script sources.
Information:
• Displays the current weather conditions.
• Place the cursor over the weather icon for details.
Instructions:
• Click on the weather temperature to access the settings menu,
With the Settings menu you can do the following:
• Enter your city code.
• Change Language. (Available in 31 languages)
• Change to Fahrenheit or Celsius.
You need to install the freware RAINMETER in your computer to use this work.

My pleasure, but it is not working any more.
Only my last 5 Rainmeter skins are displaying the weather, the rest are not working, because the weather provider has stopped the service...

weather.com has shutdown their weather API so any rainmeter skin using weather.com including this has stopped working.
Sadly this beautiful skin is redundant, and hope this will be updates soon.

Google did a good job!
There are 2 possibilities that causing your problem.
First try some other cities and if they are working fine, then it may be that there are no icons for some particular weather conditions.
It happens some times with some weather conditions.
Second, your Windows Firewall may be blocking this Rainmeter skin to communicate with Internet.
Try to allow it communicate through Firewall in Firewall settings.
