So i added the weather status icon to follow the moon as well now so that one of them is always easy to see. I made some small adjustments to the skin making sure everything is more perfectly lined up.

I'm planing to add a new update changing the look slightly. i want to remove the wind and weather status bar so i can make the whole skin smaller. keeping the temperature bar as a hover button to pull up all the weather information instead. in this way i can put up a lot more information on to the skin as i can hide the time and date elements on the skin while the hover button is engaged and leaving that area will make it go back to normal time skin. this hover button will be the current temperature bar.

Hello This is just a small update mostly to the settings file to make it easier to change the size of the skin.
- settings file has been updated

- every size setting has been put in the settings file to more easily edit the size of the skin.

- the position settings have also been added to the settings file in-case anyone needs to adjust it after resizing it.

- I've added the ability to change the time to 24 hour format now as well. it only works for the clock for now and not the sunrise and sunset times. I'll work on that so that it will work as well.

- you can open the settings file now by clicking on the sun or the moon icon.

- Changed the moon phase icons to a more realistic set.

- I've updated the fog icon

- made the fog icon the same as the mist icon

- updated the dust icon

- made the whole skin slightly smaller

- I changed the whole weather icon set to a more realistic looking one.

sorry for the long delay for doing this. My laptop has been broken for several months now and I've just gotten it fixed after moving.

If anyone has any problems or request please let me know.

Hello Everyone.

This is my new skin called WeatherClock.

This skin will provide you with Time/Date and show the current weather conditions. It also displays daylight to night time comparison with the sun marking the current point in time in the day.
The time is display on the edge of the circle moving around the circle to like a real clock. The one closer to the edge is the hour hand and the inner is the minute hand.

The Weather information shown on the skin gives the current weather conditions. There are some tooltips to display additional information.

The sun moves around the circle showing the point in time that it currently is with the whole rotation being an entire day. At night time the sun will turn into a moon. On the other side is a moon icon that will show the current moon phase for that night. Bellow the sun/moon will be a cloud or any kind of icon to represent the current weather status. If the current weather status is sunny or something similar then nothing will be displayed. This weather icon will always rotate to face the inner circle as it follows the sun.
The outer circle is a representation of the day to night time. The light blue area is daytime while the darker blue area is night time. The lighter and darker shades on both side shows 15 minutes before and after sunset/sunrise. The area in between is the exact time for the sun to set and rise.

If you double click on the skin you will be able to switch to different colored backgrounds. i have 14 in here currently. The colors available are listed below.

-Red

-Blue

-Green

-Orange

-Yellow

-Purple

-Pink

-Teal

-Grey

-Brighter Red

-Light Green

-Dark Orange

-Light Pink

-Dark Grey

Areas with tool tips are currently the moon, temperature bar, the current weather status bar and the sun/moon.
-The moon tells you the moon phase.

-the temperature bar shows the real feel and the high/low temperatures for the day.

-the current weather status bar shows the current/today’s humidity and chance for rain.

-the Sun/Moon will show the sunrise and sunset times.

Make sure to change the location code in the settings file to your local area. I give an explanation in the settings file if you don’t know how to do this.

The settings file is stored in the main folder for this skin.

-If you don’t know how to get there once the skin is loaded right click on it and choose the very first option in the menu. This should be in bold. This will open the folder to where the skin is stored. Go back one folder and you will see the settings file.

- The weather is pulled from weather.com.
-The Background was made by me
-the Weather Icons were colored by me and originally came from here
