Robo-X's cyborg side-kick from the now-defunct "The Celestials". His cybernetics are designed to allow him quick, explosive bursts of speed and power. His ultimate attack was the Kamikaze-ish "Sonic Bullet", in which he would wrap a forcefield around himself and hurtle into the enemy.
Was personally never crazy about the name "Sound Barrier", too long-winded. Tried talking the series creator nito changing the name to "Mach 1".
