I love this it made me smile as soon as I saw it. Your colors are so nicely chosen they make the eye go to all the right places. Also, the expressions are great. You can see the story behind this image and that takes a lot of skill. I like the way you drew the line work is is great. The only thing that could possibly make this great work better is a little darker line work. In a few minor places you lose the lines. And you have so much detail that is a shame. Other then that wonderful work and I really liked looking through your stuff fantastic.

I sense on the one hand, a person of great passion, determination and compassion for one they love, and on the other hand, a freespirited, willful and impetuous sense of excitement.
One character is determined to constrain the other, possible for their own good [like a parent, a responsible sibling, caretaker or lover] while the other is adventurious and more focused on pleasures that lay 'the other way' so to speak, not paying any mind to the potential harm it might lead to in the future.
I could see this as 2 characters in a story I am already writing [perhaps siblings or some such] and the one is doing their best to keep the other from some kind of trouble they seem powerfully drawn to without sensible judgment.
There is a lot of thought, emotion and feeling in this image, as well as excellent color scheme, the tapered color fade ebeneath the complex scrollwork of the sleeves is absolutely stellar.
All said, the photo is top notch work by a truly talented artist! (~_^)-b

The composition of colors used in this piece bring it all together. The detail on the bow and the piece in his hair adds important unique qualities. The reason I was drawn to this was because of their expressions. Wonderfully captured that I wanted to turn the page back and see what happened in the last sequence of events. However, the subjects themselves. The reason I had to go a star lower on originality was a blond girl and a dark haired elf is something I have seen a million times. It doesn't mean I love them any less however.

Awesomely done, great colors and details. The expressions got me fantasised, also great work on the hair, its very detailed down to the last strand, the colors used don't clash like most and the coupling is adorable. The fact you used your own OC characters were also very amazing. I like how it's not overly straightly colored and the shading looks like profection. This is a fabulous pic on several levels. Β The character design, the expressions, the dynamic composition of their pose, contrasting hues and even attention to negative space... Β all fantastic! Β I don't normally give such "artsy" critique to a manga piece, but this one deserves it. Β It makes me want to know more about the characters and the story they're obviously engaged in.

I love the expressions. She looks so overly excited and he looks completely annoyed by it. But he is still carrying her despite the annoyance so it is clear he cares for her.

OC is an acronym for "Original Character." Β Some such characters are more "original" than others - from characters created in homage to certain fandoms (for example, if the artist were to create a new My Little Pony or Pokemon) to characters that belong to an entirely new universe of the artist's devising. Β I'm not sure where this artist's OCs fall on that spectrum, but they look great and have a ton of personality! Β ^^
