This was a picture inspired by some lyrics in a song. ^_^ An uber band, yes indeed! Hee.

Hmm.. And it's Maefa, one of the girls in my "Amamae" story that Blindly Stepping and To See You Again.. was based off of. Actually, I made this story after my boyfriend of 3 years dumped me. (We had a shaky breakup.. that ended up with the two of us in opposite roles. Go figure. =\) So you can imagine what kind of themes this story is based off of.. Maefa starts out really weak. And she has her sister, Amaterine holding her up all the time.

She's devastated by the breakup with her long-term boyfriend.. Along with finding out that he's with another girl.. And the storyline gets real sad. oO But to make things short, they end up in an alternate dimension. And they realise that they don't really have much reason to get back, but they still try anyways for their mother. As Maefa slowly gets over her ex, she gets stronger and stronger.. and later, there's a confrontation when he finds his way to her, wanting her back. And then, she gets sent back into a phase of not knowing what she wants..

But this is her..

Being strong.

Realising that she doesn't need to depend on others to survive.

She's feeling exactly what I felt a year ago. And she's tougher now, less fragile. But.. erm.. that's not her natural eye colour, I'd like to point out. Her eyes are naturally brown. Seeing as she's 100% Asian.. It's a storyline thing that changes the colour.. And a part of what's made her stronger. Yeah, gasp. I'm making an angry picture. =x Ohnoes! Hee.. The lineart looks much angrier, I must say.. XD
