Close up of Adyn's new outfit and hairstyle. The hair took me forever, but I love how it turns out so I think I'll be doing it like this from now on.The boots were totally fun to design. I love drawing boots. And the collar of his shirt was fun to design with the beading. The silk of his shirt was fun to shade. I wasn't sure until the last minute if it'd have a silky texture or not. I opted for that direction, though.

I just enjoyed drawing pretty much everything about this picture. And boots are totally awesome. Adyn's got some good ones, but I think the best I've ever done were for a character called Rowan King. His were just, soooo detailed and everything, they were lovely. My obsession with boots kinda stems from another artist here on DA called RadenWA . Seeing his art and his boot and shoe tutorials were a major factor in that~

Ahaha. Thank you so much. His hair is my favorite part. It's so much prettier this way: has more depth, more life-like (at least to me). The only thing I think annoys me is how long it takes to ink. But that'll get faster as I get better at it.
