I like the two hairstylesΒ at the bottom more than the other 2 and the current one in the game. For the uniform I think instead of dark brown it should be dark of some other color (red, blue, green, or purple). But that's like just my opinion, man.

I would be really keen on this being the final design for Ayano Aishi; it's more iconic and more specific to 'Yandere Simulator' than the Aoi Kiryu model used at present.

I think a lot of the complaints are coming from a combo of the buttons and color of the piping. Black and red just brings about the worst expectations. I feel that the button rows in the inside of her vest could work, but the two on the outside of the piping and the sleeves feel like a bit much. It would be interesting to see a thread as you mentioned, though. I know I've seen a lot of people's edits that were really nice, so I feel that with a bit of input directly from the people most interested in the project the "face of the game" could find a nice balance and turn out really nice.

One of the things i'm planning with the thread is having uncolored versions of various uniform edits people have done, so that those interested can come up with their own color palettes.

Im sure you have read the feedback, but a lot of people don't like the design. Personally, I really like it but I dont think it fits the game. A lot of people want a more plain looking design which is understandable. Me, and a few others like the horns though. Thats a cool idea especially if they would grown/shrink depending on the meter.
I hope some of the negative feedback isn't getting to you, your a good guy and most of us can appreciate that. I hope you understand some of the complaints though. Im sure you and the dev can sort it all out though.

I was frankly quite pleased (and surprised) by the sheer amount of discussion.
The main thing to keep in mind though, is that that was just an initial draft, and it was never meant to be the final design, regardless of the teams initial feelings towards it.
I'll likely start a thread of my own where I'll draw some of the ideas from the past few threads, and have a sort of /v/ workshop session.
