Edit 10/16/2011: Ahhh, I should have made this more clear but this is Arcana's Mega form Arcaelamon and not his Rookie. As he digivolves his design shifts more towards Angemon than Wizardmon. There's a lot of similarities through his Digivolutions because I'm lazy I like it when the Digimons' forms are similar to each other and it's easy to tell who it is. ie, Agumon's a two-legged dinosaur throughout. I don't like it when the Digivolutions chain seems disconected like Candlemon turning into Wizardmon. WTH man.

Beeeh I dunno what happened with this one.
It started as me wanting to draw a piece like TheDigitalWar bandwagon one:

But then I also wanted Arcana in there and I ended up getting carried away (way away) with a ton of deviations.

So yah, the lyrics are from 4 different songs with the biggest and brightest in front being the main inspiration to the pose and the other 3 being inspiration boosts and for the rest of it.
I keep the lyrics the same size for each song.
They are:
Lead, Kindly Light:
"Keep Thou my Feet; I do not ask to see."
(I haven't found a version of this song that I really like, I just loved that line. ^^ )

Iridescent by Linkin Park:
"And in a burst of light that blinded every angel
As if the sky had blown the heavens into stars
You felt the gravity of tempered grace
Falling into empty space
No one there to catch you in their arms"

Where Butterflies Never Die by Broken Iris:
". . .shattered glass in flower beds,
humanize inhumane ends."

Broken Inside by Broken Iris:
"The thinning line between
You and my sanity
Is quickly fading
Takes just a breeze to cause a storm
Takes just a breath to cause a scream
It takes me to cause a tragedy"

I couldn't decide how to color this at first. The other ones where simple color splashes but I also wanted Arcana's wings to be colored to show that they are red. So I ended up doing a limited pallet coloring, which I've never done digitally before.
Don't ask what Matthew's wearing. It started off as some clothing design based off of Seraphimon's armor but it looked too feminine/detailed and turned into this.
