So, I got a lot of questions asking how I color hair while I Livestream, and I had to make an instructions document for school, so I made this for you guys. =u=
Please feel free to ask further questions and make any suggestions or recommendations for me. This is the first serious tutorial I've done before and I'd love to improve them so that they're more useful to everyone who's interested.

XDDD Yeah, hair, eyes, metal and gemstones are some of the few things that get their own highlight layer, so they end up more shiny than everything else.
