Description
From my little Street Fighter fanfic, 'Lost Shadows', Deneb is a clone of M. Bison/Vega, which would make her Cammy's little sister if we were to stick with the whole 'Cammy is M. Bison's/Vega's female clone' background. Her design was inspired by Cammy's 'dictator' outfit, minus the hat, to which I fond myself a little excuse to create another SF OC. In my story, I went with Vega for the dictator's name the way the Japanese have it instead of M. Bison as everywhere else have it specifically for the star theme (Vega being the fifth brightest star, Deneb being the 19th brightest star). I gave her a ponytail as a nod to SF2:V's Cammy and gave her dark hair instead of blonde to match the dictator's skin and hair color, but I think I simply made her look Asian. Anyways, a quick, simple draw, nothing complicated.
