Thanks. This is a fractal in the truest sense. When I was making it I zoomed in and the exact image appeared. I gave up after around a dozen zooms that were all identical. Glad you like it, I think this is one of my better prints and I'm very happy with this one.

Tenemos is striking or shall I say...stunning to me Aeries! I like the red/black/and gradients of gray.
The smaller image looks like asian temple pagodas but when you click to enlarge. OMG it's a different!
Detailed intrinsic designs. It's just beautiful Aeries!

Thank you. Temenos is lattin for Temple. I saw the same temple type features that you mentioned, so I gave it that name.

WOW speechless, i love the way the middle is more clear, making the ofcus on the smaller part, and blurring outthe sides (whether that was intention or not), but it gives this peice so much depth its scary. nice use of color, the contrast between the red/black and the white is great.

Aeires In reply to Inverted-Helix [2004-08-21 02:00:37 +0000 UTC]

Thank you. This is the biggest type of fractals that I love to make. The more you zoom in, the more it keeps repeating itself. The full size render was enormous and the details were incredible. Ultra Fractal really impressed me with it's capabilities after I made this one.

awesome, ive always been interested in fractal art, but have never really under stood how it is done, but being a HUGE tool fan i guess fractal art goes hand in hand.. lol. but yeah i imagine the original copy was immaculate.

Where did you get that name from? At least in spanish, TΓ©menos (with accent on the first e) means Fear us.

Aeires In reply to Prometeus [2004-08-16 16:56:16 +0000 UTC]

Wow, that really adds to the ominous feel. I looked up "temple" in the dictionary and this name was the latin version of it. Thought it sounded interesting, so I ran with it.
