Outstanding UF work. Images like this tempt me to stray from my beloved Apophysis. This really is a beautiful image. I love the color and the metallic feel to it.

Thank you. Both programs are extremely powerful and incredible in potential, so if you ever get bored with apo (yeah, sounds impossible, right?), I'd more than recommend UF.

It looks kool, just the others, but im notcing with ur UF3 fractals they all look alike. In my oppinion, your previous (Apop.) fractals are alot better, and more interesting to view

Hmm.. that UF3 seems to be a nice program.. but don't encourage me to try it! .. hehe.. I spend too much of my time in front of the computer in any case!

Thank you. I was trying for that metallic look. Not totally satisfied, but after two days of fussing, I gave in.

UF is about as fun as Apophysis, but tons more difficult to learn. It was actually the first fractal program that I ever used, but I put it aside because I couldn't figure it out. Having fun now though.

Thanks, Adam. I've really slowed down and concentrated on quality a lot more lately, so thank you for noticing that. Ultra Fractal also renders real quick, so I can really jack up the dpi and let it rip, where I can't do that with Apophysis without bogging my computer down.

Well, I just installed a much beefier graphics card, so I'm about to put it to the test by rendering one of my most painful Apophysis pieces. I would like to start submitting some of my digital landscapes but they kill my computer to render. Hopefully this will eliminate that.

Keep plugging at it and eventually you'll start working with images like you were born that way.
