Now that I have begun reading the story, I know where to place this lovely woman. I like the way she somewhat looks like a stern fighter well aware of her duties, not just some random elf there for the mere reason of being pretty. Nice job, really

My work is mixed media; there are manipulated elements in it like in this case its the body. As for the hand that is the way the model is hehe. Hair is painted, and in cases of characters the heads are painted also. It takes many layers, I actually have a tutorial somewhere in my gallery showing how I do hair although every artist has their own style and the tut is meant to jumpstart that. Hair is comprised of many layers, the one on Tarienne here had 16. Changing opacity, brush size and color, smudge brush, dodge and burn!
