Description
another one of Voltage's many supervillians, Red Volt. He's sort of like Voltie's evil twin, only this one can fly
He was created in a lab by Voltie's main villian, Sykes. He has a stronger power of bioelectricity than Voltie and has the ability of flight. I've had this character in mind for a long time, but didn't actually do a pic of him until some time last month. There's still some more villians I have to introduce including Sykes, but for now here's one of the big baddies
